Withdrawal information
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online service or digital-content contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. For these contracts, the period normally starts when the contract is concluded, but it does not start before the required withdrawal information has been properly provided. Different statutory expiry rules can apply if that information is missing. This form remains available even if you are unsure whether the period has ended.
How to withdraw
Send Aelix a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, using the form above or by emailing aelixhub@gmail.com. Identify yourself and the contract or contract part concerned. You do not have to use a particular template. Sending the declaration before the applicable period expires is sufficient to preserve the deadline. The online form provides a saveable receipt and sends an email confirmation with the statement and the date and time it was received.
Repayment following a valid withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, the payments due to be returned must be repaid without undue delay and within 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal. Repayment uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and no repayment fee is charged. Any lawful compensation for services already supplied depends on the conditions below; unused or used credits do not create a blanket exception to statutory rights.
Services and digital content
For paid services, a right of withdrawal can end on full performance only if the statutory conditions are met, including your prior express agreement to an early start and acknowledgment that full performance ends the right. Proportionate payment for services supplied before withdrawal requires an express early-start request and the legally required information.
For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, early loss of the right requires performance to begin, your prior express consent and acknowledgment of that loss, and the required contract confirmation. Merely opening an account, buying credits or submitting a generation does not by itself establish all these conditions. If a digital-content contract is validly withdrawn, statutory rules do not require compensation for the digital content supplied. The applicable category and any recorded consents are checked for the actual contract.
