Terms of service

Aelix provides AI image and video creation, carousel tools and SuperAgent. Available models, settings and processing depend on the selected feature and provider.

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Connecting a social sign-in method adds a way to access your existing account; it does not merge unrelated accounts or balances.

Review the price, credit amount, billing interval and other purchase details shown at checkout before paying. Payments are processed through Stripe. A top-up is a one-time purchase of credits; purchased top-up credits do not expire and do not create a recurring subscription.

Subscription allowances are used before purchased credits. Each monthly allowance expires at the end of its allowance period without rolling over. A yearly subscription is prepaid and delivers its allowance monthly for 12 months. Account shows the relevant balance and allowance information.

You can manage your plan through Account, including payment methods, invoices and cancellation. Cancellation stops the next renewal while the paid period continues. Same-schedule plan changes take effect at the next billing renewal; switching between monthly and yearly billing is available after the current canceled plan ends. Review the terms and effective date shown when making a change.

The Cancel subscription form also lets you submit a cancellation declaration without signing in. The Withdraw from contract page provides withdrawal information and a submission form. Each form records the declaration and provides a receipt; a received declaration is distinct from a completed refund or billing change.

Review the selected model, inputs, settings and displayed credit quote before submitting a request. Some requests reserve credits before processing. Unused reservations are released after the final cost is confirmed. Any monthly credits returned retain their original expiry; credits whose allowance period has ended are not restored. A reservation can remain held while the provider outcome or charge is unresolved.

For an uncertain submission, follow its status or contact support before submitting again. A pending status is not confirmation that the provider has stopped processing. If a purchase or generation does not behave as expected, contact support with the relevant request or transaction details.

You retain any rights you hold in your inputs. Submit only content you own or have the necessary permission to upload and process, including permission relating to other people's images or personal information where required. Submitting content instructs the service and its processing providers to use it for the feature you request.

Use the service lawfully and respect other people's privacy and intellectual-property rights. Do not use it to gain unauthorized access, interfere with another user's account or bypass the service's safeguards.

Enabling public generations makes future applicable outputs, prompts, settings and reference media available for public display in Explore, including downloading and reuse, with your display name. Share only inputs and references you have permission to make public.

Turning sharing off affects future creations. Previously published work remains public, and copies already obtained by other people are not recalled by changing the preference. The Privacy policy explains media-link access and other data handling.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected or similar to outputs produced for other people. Review them for accuracy, suitability and third-party rights before relying on them, publishing them or using them commercially. Availability of an output does not establish that you hold every right needed for its intended use.

These terms do not transfer ownership of your inputs to Aelix or promise exclusive rights in AI outputs.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory rights that apply to you, including applicable consumer rights concerning withdrawal, defective digital products, remedies and refunds. The operational descriptions above do not waive those rights.
